Such an amazing stand alone vegetable. That is why we are adding nothing besides a touch of butter to these beans! This puree blends up easy for little one and lasts in the freezer for 3 months!
For toddlers, I would serve these well boiled and extremely soft, as a finger food! My son will eat an entire bowl of green beans cooked and slightly cooled with just salt. I place them on the table and he snacks on them like they are french fries! Try this with your 18 months-2 year olds!
